On auctions and private sales the delivery and returns policy should be displayed or discussed before any payment is made as eBargo cannot be held responsible for the delivery of goods and service outside of business available in the online shop.
Sales Tax & Fees
Notice that all items on the eBargo store are incorporated with sales tax at a rate of 20% aka (also known as) VAT (Value Added Tax). The site also incorporates the ability for members to add there own auctions and sales through intermediation services in such cases eBargo does not assume responsibility for VAT and it is the responsibility of the seller to pay tax that is valid for the region or nation they are based in at the time of the sale.
